This project was one of my favorites. I have over 100,000 photos and videos on my phone, many of them are small clips from my day that I find aesthetically pleasing or, in some way, emotional. I've always been drawn to a busy life — school, job 1, job 2, extracurriculars. . . it is wonderful, overwhelming, but moreso wonderful. These photos and videos help keep me grounded when I struggle to find time for myself.

The letterform I got approved was my first initial, "R" written in acrylic paint on a heavily textured sandpaper. After having an approved letterform, the next step was to find a seamless relationship with our letterform and a preexisting typeface. Mine took a couple (uh, 22) attempts, but we got there.
